Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Damage During Shipping: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong print, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you the correct one at no additional cost.

  3. Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for prints if you simply change your mind. Please double-check your order before confirming.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

  • For Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for any damaged or incorrect prints.

Refund Process:

Non-Returnable Items:
